Biography Renée graduated with honours from Emily Carr College of Art and Design in Vancouver and received her MFA from Concordia University in Montreal. She has exhibited extensively throughout Canada as well as in the U.S., France and Mexico. Her work can be found work in both public and corporate collections and she has received numerous grants from the Canada Council for the Arts and the Conseil des Arts et des Lettres du Quebec. Renée has over 30 years experience teaching painting and spent over 20 years as the Curator /Director of Exhibitions of the McClure Gallery in Montreal. Renee’s own paintings reflect her profound interest in the language of painting and perceptions of the natural world.
